This place is centrally located just a few blocks from a yellow basilica; the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the staff is accommodating and flexible as needed.

lovely little hotel located really close to a "alameda" and alameda del hercules square. the staff were especially helpful and assisted with private parking. unique interior, well decorated rooms. amazing food for breakfast in the terrace. relaxing drinks at roof top bar, excellent service.

The hotel was near a bus stop which was easy to access. The hotel was secure, clean and very nice. The decorations were very welcoming as well as the staff. The hotel is in a quiet place, very relaxing.

There was construction in the morning which made a little bit of noise in the morning. The beds were a little rigid.

This place is clean, perfect for a short break, the room is nice-sized and well-furnished, and I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast there.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! We were very suprised as the rooms were nicely decorated and it was generally very nice throughout the stay with the hotel staff being super helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is very good, hundred meters from the pedestrian street and some minute walk to main attractions. It's very quiet, though. The room is spacy and clean.

We can hear clearly people speaking outside, so I suppose they can hear us as well. Hard to protect "privacy".

The central location was great, and it was convenient to walk to the nearby restaurant Badulaque, which was fantastic, and the breakfast on the rooftop was amazing.

The room is beautifully decorated with a TV and bathroom, for instance. The service is excellent with private parking available and amazing meals.

Our room was peaceful and full of natural light, adorned with lovely and cozy furniture, including a large window.

Getting there by car with all the one way streets is frustrating make sure you have printed your Google maps or have GPS! The car par is very very tight don't try to get a big car into it.

The hotel has a very good location. It's in walking distance from the main city sights and the shopping area as well as from the theme park 'Isla Magica'. It's from 5 minutes walk from the bus stop where you can catch a bus to the train station. It is surrounded by many cafés and bars where you can have a breakfast or a light lunch or dinner.

It is quite noisy due to hotel guestst walking in and out throughtout the night on the tiles covered floor. We can't stand air-conditioning while staying in the room and unfortunately air-conditioning cannot be put on after leaving the room that is why it was rather hot during the night and we couldn't keep the windows open due to the outside noise. Room furniture was not in the best shape (drawers almost fall out when opened them) and there are not too much room to unpack your suitcase.
